i had some interesting takeaways from the book. the recording had some issues had multiple places. but I still recommend it to anyone who's looking for ideas to detangle their mental chords.

The f's were a bit much. The reader was articulate and expressive, however the background noises were distracting. All in all still loved it!

A good introductory book that explains why we feel what we feel when we go through negative emotions such as stress, anxiety, mood swings etc. The casual style is uplifting and a good pick me up when you need it. Although I wouldn't recommend it to someone suffering from clinical depression or more severe illnesses.
