Die Produktion, Regie und Dramaturgie lag in den Händen ihres künstlerischen Partners Andreas Schäfer. Claudia Gahrke: "Wir haben darüber nachgedacht, was wir tun könnten, um den Alltag der Menschen in diesen herausfordernden Zeiten ein wenig aufzuheitern. Da kam uns die Idee, auf Poesie zurückzugreifen." Und so begegnet man*frau in diesem kurzweiligen Konglomerat nun einem Krokodil mit Macken, einem verliebten Briefmark, lauscht den Bekenntnissen einer Chansonette und lernt mit Karl Valentin Chinesisch. Weitere Gedichte stammen von Emily Dickinson, Kalumi Krake, Else Lasker-Schüler, Goethe, Morgenstern, Heine oder Franz Hessel. Sogar lustige Lyrik von Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart ist darunter.
