Dilli Darbaar is the story of a young, jovial techno-geek called Rahul Mishra and his journey from being a careless flirt to a responsible man. Rahul moves from a small town to Delhi for better future prospects, and this brings about changes in his life and lifestyle to which he must adapt. His mantra in life is 'there is always a shortcut to success' - which he ironically proves right through his own eccentric ways. Dilli Darbaar is also about Paridhi, a typical East Delhi girl, and her path, as well as Rahul's, to finding the meaning of love, trust, friendship and life.

A young girl was forced to marry a widower of her father's age, who has three sons from his former wife. The plot unfolds to reveal her husband’s suspicion of a relationship between her and his eldest stepson, a suspicion that leads to the death of many family members and destroys the family. 

This is the story of a countryside boy, Rajat, who, fresh out of village schools, comes to the happening capital city of Lucknow for his higher education. High aspirations to become an officer, raw manners and slight desi pan in his etiquettes, he struggles his way out in the polished surroundings of college. The city and college start to absorb him, and he tries to adapt to the ways of the city.
