 　イスラム教の教えに従って生産された食べ物を示す「ハラル」。ハラル食品を提供する店舗や加工食品にはハラル認定マークが表示される。いま日本国内では、ハラルビジネスがカネになるとみて、ハラルマークの認証団体が乱立している。だが、中には怪しげな団体も多く、そうした団体が国益を損ねる可能性も出てきた。
