011 | What Rochester Fringe & Classical Music Taught Me About…
I went Rochester Fringe a few weeks ago to see a Small Talk Theatre performance created by Steve Sherrill (Ep 003) and a production by The Velvet Noose and was reminded of the importance of art to help us flip perspectives, let something go & take time to play.
In this episode, I share about my spontaneous day the Rochester 2026 Fringe Festival, (which btw I could have interpreted completely wrong but hey, art! Am I right?), how it reminded me of my experience as the Ojai Classical Music Festival this past summer and how all of it spoke to me about the inner voice.
Thanks for listening. References: Steve Sherill , Episode 003 - https://youtu.be/Kw9PWAsShaQ?si=pk7oDm10cYI8JPdM The Velvet Noose - https://www.instagram.com/thevelvetnoose/reels/
