因此这一期录得比较挑战，也比较长。
在这期的节目中，Luna以身试法，拆解了困扰自己很久的这个问题，因此本期节目也比较个人。望各位朋友谅解。
原本预计在春节之前上传的，实在是太长，剪辑也花了很久时间，所以才拖到现在。
