• Learning to Feel Safe in Who God Is Making Me | Ep 33 | ACWGNS Podcast
    Jan 22 2026

Often when we choose to follow God, we’re filled with hope, vision, and excitement for the future. But what we don’t always talk about is this:
Are we also doing the work to adopt a new belief system that supports the identity God is calling us into?

Because every blessing is also an invitation to become someone new.

In this episode, we break down what it really means to build a new identity rooted in Christ — not just spiritually, but emotionally and mentally too. Healing doesn’t stop once you feel better. Healing continues when you begin to feel safe in who you’re becoming.

And here’s the truth many of us miss:
You don’t start and stop because you’re lazy.
You start and stop because your body doesn’t feel safe yet.

When you feel unsafe, your nervous system goes into protection mode. It reaches for what’s familiar — even if what’s familiar is unhealthy. Not because your body hates you, but because it learned to survive that way.

    In this conversation, we unpack:

    • Why your old identity keeps trying to win
    • How trauma shapes your sense of safety
    • Why healing requires learning how to feel safe in the new you
    • And why you will always need God in every season of becoming

If you’ve been wondering why growth feels uncomfortable…
If stepping into who God called you to be feels scary instead of exciting…
    This episode is for you.

So… are you ready to start the conversation?

  • What Trauma Taught You — God Is Rewriting | Ep 32
    Jan 15 2026

For a long time, I lived in a loop — starting, stopping, trying again, and falling back. I couldn’t put my finger on why until one day a trigger pulled me right back into coping mechanisms I thought I had already healed from. That moment changed everything.

It made me realize something deeper:
What if the issue wasn’t that I couldn’t stay consistent…
What if the root of who I became was the real thing standing in the way?

Because the truth is, a lot of us are living inside a system that was built for us — not one we chose. Our identity was shaped by survival, trauma, and what we had to become to make it through. But now God is calling us to build a new identity — one rooted in freedom, healing, and truth.

    And the tension?
The old you keeps showing up while the new you is trying to be born.

In this episode, we break down:

    • How survival-based identity sabotages real growth
    • Why old coping systems resurface when you’re trying to change
    • What it really takes to rebuild from the root
    • And how to step into the person God is forming you to become

This is about unlearning what pain taught you — and allowing God to rewrite who you are becoming.

If you’ve been stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break, this conversation is for you.

  • Procrastination Starts at Perception| Ep 31| ACWGNS Podcast
    Jan 8 2026

Who knew that getting things done had less to do with motivational quotes and affirmations—and more to do with how you see the task in front of you?

Over the past few weeks, as I began analyzing my own procrastination patterns, something hit me hard…
What if it isn’t the task that overwhelms us—but the way we look at it?
What if the way we perceive it controls our emotions, which then shapes our language—and that language quietly leads us into procrastination?

Yeah… I got caught in that loop too.

    And the real question became:
How do you break a cycle like that without first breaking down?

That’s exactly what this conversation is about.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • How perception shapes your emotions
    • How your emotions influence your language
    • And how your language can quietly shape your habits and your life

If you’re willing to challenge the way you see things—and the way you speak about your life—you might just discover you have more power to change than you ever realized.

So… are you ready to start the conversation?

  • New Habits, Old Identity | Ep 30 | ACWGNS Podcast
    Jan 1 2026

For the longest, I couldn’t understand how I could be so motivated to start new habits—working out, reading, meal prepping. I would get into a good flow, feel consistent, feel proud… and then one day I’d wake up and the feeling of not wanting to do it would completely overpower all the progress I had made. Before I knew it, I was right back in the same habits I worked so hard to overcome.

    And it finally hit me—
What if it isn’t the habit?
    What if it’s the root?
What if my identity isn’t aligned with what I’m trying to become, and I’m sabotaging myself before I even start?

Why do so many habits fail?
Why do we start strong—only to fall back into the same old cycles?

In this episode, we’re going deeper than motivation, routines, and discipline. We’re talking about the root.

Because the truth is, habits don’t fail because you’re lazy.
They fail because your identity hasn’t changed yet.

You can’t maintain a new life with an old mindset.
You can’t build healthy habits on an unhealed foundation.
And you can’t become who God is calling you to be while still living from who trauma taught you to be.

In this conversation, we break down:

    • Why new habits don’t stick
    • How unhealed roots sabotage your growth
    • How your identity shapes your discipline
    • And what needs to shift internally before your habits can change externally

  • What Do You Do When It’s Hard to Pray and You Don’t Feel Like It ?
    Dec 18 2025

What do you do when you enter a season of discouragement—when it feels hard to open your Bible, spend time with God, or even sit in His presence? When the emotions you’re carrying don’t lead to motivation, but instead create shame, guilt, and distance?

We all experience moments when our faith walk isn’t as strong as we hoped it would be. And in those moments, scrolling on social media can easily replace real time with God—leaving us spiritually full of noise, but empty of connection.

In this episode, we talk about the power of choice. God gave us the freedom to choose Him, and when we do—even in small ways—He honors our effort. It doesn’t have to be a three-hour Bible study. It can be five intentional minutes of quiet, simply showing up and letting God know: I’m here. I still choose You.

Prayer is a muscle—it grows stronger the more you use it. But this episode isn’t about performance or religious actions. It’s about love. Showing up not because you feel perfect or motivated, but because your heart desires connection.

If you’ve been feeling distant, discouraged, or ashamed for struggling to show up spiritually, this conversation is for you.

This is your reminder: God smiles at your effort—no matter how small.

  • When Faith Gets Real: Are You a Fan or a Follower of God?
    Dec 11 2025

This episode was long overdue because there comes a time when we all have to ask ourselves a serious question: Are you a true follower of Christ… or just a fan?

When life hits hard, do you run towards God or away from Him?
When your flesh needs to be challenged, do you sit in the discomfort, or do you choose the easier route—even when it’s harmful?
When you pray, do you wait patiently, or do you take matters into your own hands because you feel like God is taking too long?

Matthew 13 walks us through the parable of the sower and reveals how our hearts receive the Word when it’s planted. God says, “Whoever has ears, let them hear.” But are we listening for wisdom and guidance… or for platform, aesthetics, and what feels trendy?

Sis, did you hop on the “believer bandwagon” when Christ looked shiny and appealing? Or are you committed to walking with Him all the way, even when the journey gets tough?

That’s exactly what this conversation is about.

How many times have you pushed something off? Avoided doing it because it wasn’t perfect? Sheww, I’m even doing it right now—knowing I had all the time in the world to get it done. Every time you make that choice—every time you follow that familiar habit of putting things off—it affects you more negatively than you realize. But what if someone told you the real reason? The deeper connection behind why you procrastinate, so you can finally learn how to control it… and eventually stop it?

In this episode, we break down the 6 different types of procrastinators, why each type procrastinates, and what you can do to overcome it. If procrastination keeps getting in your way, then this conversation is definitely for you.

  • Happy Birthday To Me: 31 Years Of Wisdom !
    Nov 27 2025

How often do you actually reflect on your life when you turn a year older?
We celebrate, we go out with friends and family — but we rarely sit still long enough to look back at our growth… where we improved, where we fell short, and how far we’ve really come.

In this episode, I take time to reflect on what I’ve been working on, what still needs work, and the places where I’ve seen God move in my life. This kind of reflection helped me process my wins and losses and showed me how much I’ve grown both personally and spiritually.

This conversation is honest, grounding, and necessary — and I hope it inspires you to pause and look at your own growth too.
