• Episode #12 Let's talk harm reduction
    May 7 2024

Harm reduction can be quite a controversial topic. However, in this episode I explain harm reduction in the role of someone in recovery. People's recovery can look different, however, abstinence is generally encouraged in all recovery. My opinions are strong and may be disagreed with by some but that's ok. Hopefully this episode will be a teacher of why harm reduction is seldom a solution to staying sober and living a long life in recovery. Take a listen, gain knowledge and spread the news!
