We have less than 20 days until spring!🐝 The new year is going to continue to grow further away and it’s time to check in on what changes we wanted to see this year in ourselves, our environment, and our mindset. As we get comfy in this new month and season it’s time to start stretching out of our winter nest. Check in with yourselves, has there been any progress to the vision boards or 2026 list? Now is the perfect time to start stretching your body and get started on a weekend project, declutter an area of the house that’s driving you mad, or start the class. As spring approaches life will start picking up more and more. Now is the perfect time to cross off a task that’s indoors before we no longer want to sit inside. No more excuses, just actions. Truly we are the ones in control, nothing changes if nothing changes. One step at a time you got this!

    Doing things alone such as taking a new class, going for a walk alone, studying at a coffee shop alone or even going out dancing alone can help you discover more about yourself you may have not known. You will build confidence, better self awareness, and so much personal growth.

    I know I am not the only one that has noticed how a great majority of us have forgotten to take a breath between all the busy tasks a day can have. Everyones in a rush and the list of things to do is never ending. All the noise and chaos has us spinning and out of breath. It's time to be intnentional with the precioius time a day has to offer by setting the smallest of moments aside to BREATHE, STRETCH, GROUND. Adding in small moments of buffer time before moving on to the next task will start to help regulate your nervous system. We can't always stop the busy so why not do simple actions that can help you feel less stress.

    This episode was a quick catch up of life and what we've been up to! Some big news you may or may not already know as well as plans for 2026.

    The start of 2026 to me feels like the perfect time to take a step back, a big deep breath in and tackle what's been needing to get done on the to do list for forever!!

    I made my first vision board at the start of the month and can already see how much it has helped me subconsciously decide to do things that favor what is on the board!
