A 𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 𝘖𝘶𝘵 Narcissistic Podcast

I will be comparing my debilitating relationship with a narcissist with the 2016 horror movie; 𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 𝘖𝘶𝘵. It’s truly scary how easy it is to compare. I always like to say that it's selfish of me to go through something challenging, and not share the life lessons I learned from the experience. I talk about these lessons in my podcast: 𝑨 𝑳𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔 𝑶𝒖𝒕 𝑵𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑷𝒐𝒅𝒄𝒂𝒔𝒕. In this space, I delve into my challenging experiences with narcissists: pointing out the red flags of female narcissists, talking about HOW to actually set boundaries, what consent should be in a relationship, and the vital flaws of being nice without boundaries. I have taken my mess of life and turned it into a message, and I'm determined to share this message. Through each traumatic experience with a narcissist or life itself I was drawn closer to God. He educated me in protecting my energy, my space, and to stop self-sacrificing myself for people just because I believed that was the only way I would receive love. I am here to educate people on teaching other people how to treat them. I couldn't say no, so I was letting everyone else run my own life. I want to empower and educate people on the power of saying no, AND the danger of not being able to. Empathetic, soft spoken people have been losing in this world because they have been playing by the rules designed by takers and people addicted to control and power. It’s time to take our power back. 𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 𝘖𝘶𝘵 is written and directed by David F Sandburg, and Eric Heisserer. This Podcast is created by me; Saige Whitney.

  • Episode 5-Interview with Marybeth
    May 30 2026

I meet with author and podcaster MaryBeth Rombach Nelson and talk about establishing boundaries as an empath. Marybeth talks about her near death experience and how she reevaluated her life and relationships after that.

My favorite quote from this episode: "Stop feeling sorry for assholes."

  • EXTENDED EPISODE 4: RECLAIMING YOUR POWER
    Apr 10 2026

Here we are. You have reached episode 4 of this ill-conceived saga.

This episode features taking my power back after I have allowed other people to take advantage of me, use me, and manipulate my kindness. I step into the voice I never had, to stand up for myself, and teach others how to do so for themselves.

People have constantly told me I was too nice, but never gave me a guide on how to protect my kindness and not be exploited. THIS IS THE GUIDE. These lessons are the safety you have always longed for yourself. No more living in compromises, no more letting other people run your own life.

  • EXCLUSIVE EPISODE 3 With 𝘙𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘜𝘱 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭 Coach Anni Neill
    Mar 28 2026

In this exclusive episode I meet and discuss the condensed story of my experience of Aaja Brown with Rise Up and Heal Coach Anni Neill. This episode features some of the experiences I have not yet shared in: A Lights Out Narcissistic podcast.

Anni assists me in telling my story without shame and guides me to focus on the ways I have healed from narcissistic abuse. Her podcast, Rise Up and Heal: Healing from Narcissistic Relationships has provided clarity for me to further understand narcissism, and to heal the parts of me I still resent for allowing Aaja to come into my life.

Thank you for your gentle-kindness and support with listening to my story Anni.
