    No podcast A Próxima Evolução, Mário Marques recebe o padre Toni Sousa para uma conversa direta sobre fé, sentido da vida e o que a espiritualidade cristã diz de verdade, longe dos clichés e das narrativas que mais confundem do que ajudam. Falam sobre liberdade humana, sobre o que Jesus ensina no sermão da montanha, e sobre porque é que os jovens de hoje têm cada vez mais medo do futuro. A conversa passa ainda pelo "sofá da felicidade" que o Papa Francisco descreve, pela diferença entre ser boa pessoa e ser bom cristão, e termina com uma história sobre perdão que não se esquece fácil.

    We grew up with the idea of a God who punishes, who condemns, who pushes people away. And that image has driven many people away from spirituality, sometimes for years. What if it's simply wrong?
    In the podcast The Next Evolution, Mário Marques sits down with Father Toni Sousa for an honest conversation about faith, the meaning of life, and what Christian spirituality actually says, far from the clichés and narratives that confuse more than they help. They talk about human freedom, what Jesus teaches in the Sermon on the Mount, and why today's young people are increasingly afraid of the future. The conversation also touches on the "sofa of happiness" that Pope Francis describes, the difference between being a good person and being a good Christian, and ends with a true story about forgiveness that stays with you.
    Father Toni Sousa is the parish priest at the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in Boa Nova, Funchal, and appears on RTP on Sundays. He talks about God with both feet on the ground, without avoiding the hard questions.

    Este é o episódio zero do podcast A Próxima Evolução. Mário Marques, madeirense com mais de uma década na área do desenvolvimento sustentável, como as Nações Unidas, netre outros. Atualmenteo Mário é consultor do governo de Moçambique em alterações climáticas. Neste episódio apresenta-se e conta o que o trouxe até aqui. Mas, não é o percurso profissional que explica o podcast.
