    Dan Mills joined the Navy at 20 years old which lead to him working for a variation of military aviation companies before a break came in F1 Motorsport as a technician in 2017. 

    After losing his mum in his mid twenties he hit the lowest point in his life. Coming out of that time Dan started a family and found the importance of positivity and the importance of relationships.

    He then went on to start the charity Strongmen with Dan Cross. Strongmen helps men suffering from bereavement and offers a range of support and outdoor get-togethers.
