• 657: How Chris Wark Beat Stage 3 Cancer Without Chemo and Healed Naturally (REPLAY)
    Oct 14 2026
If your doctor said chemotherapy is your only option, would you automatically say yes? If you or someone you love is facing a cancer diagnosis, or you simply want to do everything you can to prevent it, this conversation may completely change the way you think about healing, health, and the questions you should be asking right now. Today, I'm joined by my good friend, Chris Wark. Chris was diagnosed with stage three colon cancer at just 26 years old, shortly after getting married. After surgery, his doctors told him chemotherapy was required, but Chris chose a different path. He radically changed his diet, leaned into his faith, and over the last two decades has remained cancer-free. He later turned that experience into Chris Beat Cancer, a platform that has helped millions of people find hope, guidance, and practical support. In our conversation, we talked about what it really means to take ownership of your health, especially when the stakes couldn't be higher. We explore the mindset shift from being a passive patient to becoming an active participant in your healing, along with the role faith, nutrition, and lifestyle can play when you're facing one of the most difficult moments of your life. We also dive into the questions many people never think to ask their oncologist, why Chris believes healing begins with believing it's possible, and how forgiveness, gratitude, and reducing stress can impact your health in powerful ways. • 656: Staying Motivated When You Feel Anything But
    Oct 7 2026

Do you struggle to keep yourself motivated throughout the year? I certainly do. In fact, I've been struggling with it today. Whether it's perfectionism, fear of the unknown, or simply feeling exhausted, there are plenty of days when we don't feel motivated to take the actions necessary to achieve our goals.

In today's episode, I'm sharing what I call the four cornerstones of motivation: clarity, commitment, discipline, and faith. I'll explain why you shouldn't wait around hoping to feel motivated, and why learning to act your way into feeling can help you generate the motivation you need to move forward.

I'll also share how I use these principles in my own life when I'm struggling with perfectionism or stepping outside my comfort zone, why your feelings can be unreliable indicators of what you should do, and how maintaining unwavering faith can keep you moving forward when your effort hasn't produced the results you hoped for yet.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    • Motivation is a system you generate, not a feeling you wait for.
    • The four cornerstones of motivation: clarity, commitment, discipline, and faith.
    • How to "act your way into feeling" when motivation is lacking.
    • Real commitment starts when you stop negotiating with yourself.
    • How discipline builds confidence by following through on your commitments.
    • Why unwavering faith is the belief that consistent actions will lead to a desired outcome.

  • 655: What to Do When Your Identity Stops Working with Ruby Fremon
    Sep 30 2026
Sometimes the tools that have always helped you manage stress suddenly stop working, and keeping a positive mindset isn't enough. When that happens, the answer isn't to push harder or immediately look for the silver lining. Sometimes you need to acknowledge what you're going through and allow yourself time to get the support you need. Today's guest, Ruby Fremon, knows firsthand what that feels like. Ruby is an author, coach, and someone I've had the privilege of knowing for years. She's also the author of Potent Leadership and has spent the last several years studying Somatic Experiencing. She works with high-achieving leaders who have reached a point where they know they can't keep living and leading the way they have been. In 2022, Ruby was at the highest point of her career when a traumatic event involving the death of her dog triggered a very unfortunate series of events. Over the next few years, her mental and physical health declined; she stepped away from the business and identity she had spent years building, and eventually reached a point where she was contemplating taking her own life. In our conversation, Ruby shares what helped her survive the darkest season of her life and explains why healing doesn't always mean immediately finding the positive in what happened. We also talk about how trauma can affect the way you experience life, practical ways to build your capacity to move through difficult emotions, and how losing the person you thought you were can ultimately help you reconnect with who you really are. KEY TAKEAWAYS What happens when the regular life tools stop workingWhy healing doesn't always begin by finding the silver liningThe importance of acknowledging what you're actually going throughHow Somatic Experiencing can help build emotional resilienceTrue regulation means increasing your capacity to experience emotionsHow your identity is usually shaped by past experiencesHow A dark night of the soul or season can challenge your sense of selfWhy high achievers need to stop trying to do everything aloneFinding the right support can change your healing journey Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/655 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. • 654: Mom of 4 Goes from Civil Engineer to $300K Content Creator with Stephanie Fisher
    Sep 23 2026

Have you ever had a dream that you gave up on because you tried and it didn't work out right away? One of the biggest mistakes someone can make is assuming that failing once or twice is proof that they're not capable of achieving their goals. In most cases, we simply haven't given ourselves enough time to learn, grow, and become the person capable of making that dream a reality.

Today, I'm joined by Stephanie Fisher, a mother of four and former civil engineer who completely reinvented herself as a full-time content creator. Just over a year ago, Stephanie was waking up at 4:00 AM, raising four young kids, working a full-time engineering job, and trying to build an audience on Instagram. After months of making virtually nothing from her content, her consistency eventually paid off, and she's now on track to earn 3X what she used to make as an engineer.

In our conversation, Stephanie shares how she went from roughly 100 followers to building a successful business and creating more time and financial freedom for her family. We also talk about the pivotal moments that changed the trajectory of her life, the unexpected opportunity that came from losing her engineering job, and how pursuing her dream has allowed her to make a bigger impact while being more present with her family.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    • It's never too late to reinvent yourself and pursue a dream.
    • Any skill can be learned if you put in the reps.
    • Focus on the actions that you can control, not the results.
    • Give yourself enough time to become great at something
    • How Stephanie's discipline helped adapt her morning routine.
    • Consistency matters even when you're not seeing immediate results.
    • How to use other people's success to keep yourself motivated.
    • The importance of self-care when life feels overwhelming.

  • 653: How to Stay Laser-Focused On Your Dreams (Even When Everything Goes Wrong) with Seth & Tori Bolt
    Sep 16 2026
One thing I've learned in life is that achieving your biggest goals rarely happens exactly the way you think it will. Things go wrong. Plans fall apart. You get knocked down, and sometimes you have to start all over again. But just because the path changes doesn't mean you have to give up on the vision. And today's guests have gone through all of that and ultimately built what my wife and I consider sacred ground—a place that has taken our marriage and relationship to a whole new level. Today, I'm joined by Seth and Tori Bolt, the husband-and-wife team behind Bolt Farm Treehouse. Seth spent 23 years as a founding member of the Grammy-nominated band NEEDTOBREATHE before stepping away to start a family and focus on the business he and Tori built together. What started as a treehouse Seth built with his dad for their honeymoon eventually became an 11-year entrepreneurial journey filled with incredible highs and several brutal setbacks. Despite all of the challenges, they now have a world-renowned mountaintop destination designed to help couples recharge, reconnect and deepen their love for each other. In our conversation, Seth and Tori share their incredible journey building Bolt Farm Treehouse, along with the setbacks and sacrifices they faced along the way. We also talk about staying grounded through seasons of uncertainty, creating unbelievable experiences that bring people closer together, and the lessons they've learned from more than a decade of pursuing their dream. • 652: How to Build Your Network to Achieve Your Goals with Jayson Gaignard
    Sep 9 2026

Nobody achieves anything meaningful alone. Yet, we're led to believe that success means being "self-made."

The truth is, the relationships you surround yourself with can either keep you where you are or help bridge the gap between where you are today and the person that you aspire to become.

Today, I'm joined by my good friend Jayson Gaignard, author of Community Made: The Truth About Success and the Relationships That Create It and founder of Mastermind Talks. When Jayson got married, he had only two people at his bachelor party: his brother and brother-in-law. But today, he's created an extraordinary network of entrepreneurs and leaders and just recently sold 20,000 copies of his book on Kickstarter, despite having roughly 2,500 Instagram followers.

In our conversation, Jayson shares three simple questions to help you intentionally decide who belongs in your life and why generosity is the foundation of meaningful relationships.

He also explains why asking someone "How can I help you?" doesn't actually help the person you want to help, how to make people feel genuinely seen, and how you can build relationships with extraordinary people even if you don't have money, status, influence, or an existing network.

  • 651: How to Fix Your Metabolism, Build Muscle, and Lose Fat Fast with JJ Virgin
    Sep 2 2026

What if losing weight is actually making your metabolism worse?

JJ Virgin has spent more than 40 years studying nutrition, fitness, and metabolism. She's a four-time New York Times bestselling author who has helped millions of people lose fat, build muscle, and improve their health.

And she believes we've been taught to think about weight loss completely wrong.

In her new book, The Metabolism Fix, JJ explains why getting lighter doesn't necessarily mean you're getting healthier. Losing the wrong kind of weight can leave you weaker, slow your metabolism, and make it easier to regain fat.

So why does metabolism seem to slow as we get older? Why can dieting repeatedly make the problem worse? Is cardio actually helping you lose body fat? And what are GLP-1 medications really doing to your muscle?

JJ also explains why the number on your scale may be one of the least useful ways to measure your progress, and what you should be paying attention to instead..

  • 650: Mark Allen Ruegg: A Living Miracle
    Aug 26 2026
What would you do if you were told you were diagnosed with cancer and had only 4 to 6 months to live? That's exactly what happened to today's guest. Two and a half years ago, Mark Allen Ruegg was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer that had already spread to his liver and lymph nodes. His doctors hoped chemotherapy could stabilize the cancer and give him more time, but Mark wasn't willing to accept that as the best possible outcome. He wanted to do everything in his power to beat the odds. After discovering the documentary Heal, Mark began taking an integrative approach that combined conventional treatment with major changes to his diet, meditation, spirituality, exercise, stress, and mindset. Within months, his scans showed no evidence of cancer, and even his doctor was stunned when he could no longer find the tumor in Mark's pancreas. But Mark's story didn't end there. Three months ago, a tumor was discovered in his pancreas again. The fears and unknowns came back with a vengeance, sending him into what he describes as a deep, dark place. In our conversation, Mark shares how that recurrence forced him to confront his fear, return to the fundamentals of his Healing Recipe, and recognize the missing ingredient he needed most: unwavering faith. We talked about why healing doesn't have to be an either/or choice between conventional and holistic medicine, what it means to surrender without giving up, and how the combination of unwavering faith and extraordinary effort can help you navigate even the most difficult moments of your life.
