• When Everything Had to Break
    Nov 4 2025

In this episode I talk about the parts of my life that had to fall apart so I could finally wake up. I share my journey through addiction, relapse, and the moment I almost did not make it. I talk about leaving my marriage, rebuilding as a single mother, finding sobriety, returning to school, and learning to trust God in ways I never had before. I had to lose the version of myself that was surviving in order to become the woman who is living with intention, clarity, and conviction.

This is the story of how I learned to stand up again.

How I learned to listen to God.

How I learned to stop pretending I was okay and begin healing for real.

If you are in a season where life feels like it is falling apart, I want you to know it is not the end. There is purpose in the breaking. There is clarity waiting on the other side. There is life after the version of you that could not continue. You are not alone in this. You are not beyond restoration. You are not too far gone.

    You are becoming.

If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 (NASB)
