  • Ep. 70: how to stop putting pressure on yourself to actually become more productive
    Feb 8 2026

I know we have big goals for 2026 and these upcoming exams now that it’s February again. However, while I would be the first person to tell you that you can achieve ANYTHING you out your mind to as long as you actually and effectively work on it, exactly that point of “actually and effectively working on it” can lead to many problems. When we set these big goals for ourselves, visualize your future life as I always tell you to and you start working, highly motivated, it can feel as though you have to do EVERYTHING at once. We come to believe that every project, every habit and every hour of every day every week has to be FLAWLESS in order to be able to move forward. Trust me, I know the guilt of feeling as if you’re not working hard enough, not pouring enough effort and time into your future and as if you’re not getting any closer to the life we want. By doing this, you’re putting so much pressure on yourself; the pressure to do more, do it better and achieve faster, you are actually actively sabotaging our progress. Not only will you be constantly tired and stressed, never able to relax and never happy, but all that pressure will also immobilize you. In order to achieve greatness and something you have never had, yes, of course you have to put in the effort, but you also have to know how. Working hard doesn’t mean burning yourself out. That’s neither productive, nor healthy and definitely won’t help you progress. So here’s your guide on how to move forward with less pressure and more effectiveness!

  • Ep. 69: how to ACTUALLY feel energized in school (and not die during exam season)
    Feb 1 2026

As students, I think we all know the feeling; you wake up, already tired and completely stressed. You start your day by running around, always in a time crunch, still chewing your breakfast while running to school. When you finally arrive there, you’re drained and unable to focus, leaving you with the need to re-learn all the material after school. But when you are at home, the last thing you can do is sit down and study, no, even though you are trying to focus, you’re just to tired to get anything productive done. So instead, you collapse in your bed, scroll for a few hours and wake in a panic to finish all the homework due the next day. You sleep again late. Social life? Nonexistent. Energy? Never present. But we don’t want to dwell on the negative. Today, you’ll learn how to ACTUALLY be energized in school to feel your best, do your best and also have time and energy to have a life outside of academic stress.

  • Ep. 68: how to be an academic weapon and have fun at the same time
    Jan 25 2026

Somehow, we were taught that as students we have either the choice of having straight A‘s or enjoying life. But when did we start believing this? Being an academic weapon in 2026 doesn’t mean having to give up your personality, energy or social life AT ALL. So let’s talk balance; how can we manage to stay on top of all our school work to not only hold our grades but actually level up while simultaneously getting healthier and happier daily? That’s exactly what today’s episode will be about. By the end of this, you will know how you can plan and manage your time to feel your best and do the best through more effective studying, systematic planning and mindset shifts.
