This Podcast is all about uplifting and encouraging black women as far as letting them know that they are enough. That black women are beautiful regardless of flaws, imperfections and mistakes that we made in our lives. But unfortunately there are a lot of black men and pick me chicks that are out here saying that black women that are independent, single mother's, average, and unattractive women are not good enough to be with high value black men. Well in this Podcast I'm going to pretty much disagree with everything that they're saying. There's nothing wrong with being an independent, dominant, sophisticated, self sufficient, classy, grown, elegant, stylish, and mature woman. And there's nothing wrong with being a single mother, average, or unattractive woman. Nor is there anything wrong with being celebate, practicing abstinence, or being a virgin. This Podcast is all about contradicting all of the pick me chicks and the men in the Manosphree on social media telling black women that they are not enough or worthy of a high valued man. And its okay that these men do not want you. Why women should never give up their masculinity or submit to men that are not worth them? Because with or without a man, you will be just fine on your own. And there is nothing wrong with being alone and building your own business and brand. And you've been in the Queen of your own castle. And if you were emailing me your stories that you would like for me to talk about, or any questions that you have that you want answers to when it comes to things that you are experiencing, please email me at Asha.Mariama01@gmail.com. you can also email me there when it comes to wanting one on one coaching as well.

    Jun 12 2026
In this eposide, I had a pre-conversation with Antonio Michael Downing about doing what you love vs what is expected. He talked about what his grandma taught him through reading and music. How instead of him doing what is expected when it come working a regular 9-5 job to writing books, music, and broadcasting. How so many people are not doing what we love due to doing what is expected. We talked about going against the grain and walking to the beat of your own drum. Why do we allow ourselves to be identify based on what other people think about, vs how we see ourselves. How through his journey of self discovery he found who is is and his identity? How the healing and recovery will lead you to who you really are, you purpose, journey, and path that you are meant to be on. A little about Antonio, he is Downing is an acclaimed author, broadcaster, and musician. • Episode 42-Why Are Beautiful Black Women Acting Like Unattractive Women?
    Feb 21 2026
In this episode, I did a TIKTOK live about the Kountry Wayne skit as far as why these woment in these skits are beautiful women and yet act like unattractive women. There are a loot of people, whom will accept anything that men with money will do to them just because they have money, success, and poplular. We talked about the skits, give my thoughts on them. I wanted to discuss these skits from a healing, recovery, and addiction prespective. We talked about why we based people based on lthe external ooks, sex, money, properity, and success, versus the interal as far as character, mind, spirit, soul, trauma, past experinces, and who they are. How is it that men and women choose for these reason, and yet can't keep a man or woman due to it. How society standards are a walking contradiction when it comes to looks?

  • Episode 40- Let_s Review and Recap Kountry Wayne Skits
    Dec 30 2025
On this live episode we’re gonna go over the Kountry Wayne skits for the week. We’re gonna talk about the California trip, the birthday episodes, and everything that happened this week on the Kountry Wayne skits. There may be a panel on TikTok that you guys are gonna be able to hear. But I think it’s gonna be a great conversation. We also don’t talk about the three-way between Iman, Shayla, and Delicia, and how there are a lot of women that are going through the same situations when it comes to dating men that have multiple women that they are involved with. Why is it that we as women even except the fact that we have to chase behind men that have multiple different women? And why do men have to chase behind women that have multiple men that are desiring and wants them?
