Alice's Adventures Underground is the original handwritten manuscript by Lewis Carroll, crafted for the enjoyment of family and friends before it evolved into the beloved Alice in Wonderland. This enchanting tale began during a boat trip on July 4, 1862, when Reverend Dodgson spun a story about a curious little girl named Alice seeking adventure, captivating the young daughters of Henry Liddell. The enduring appeal of this whimsical narrative lies in its exploration of imagination, childhood wonder, and the quest for adventure, themes that resonate with listeners of all ages today.
