    When the refugees arrive in overwhelming numbers, Mary Parker and Prince Parker-the parents and spiritual anchors of their family-find themselves at odds. Mary's compassion demands they help massively. Prince's harsh pragmatism warns of unsustainable resources and inevitable collapse. Their disagreement fractures the family: eight Parkers, including their children Amin, Rasheem, and Princess, stand with Mary's mercy. Six Parkers, including their grandchildren, stand with Prince's caution.

    As the parents clash and the family splinters, they discover that learning to work as equals is harder than any battle they've fought. Meanwhile, prejudiced gods from ancient pantheons watch from the shadows, waiting for the Parkers to fail-using coded language and political maneuvering to exploit every crack in their unity.

    In The Refugee Crisis, the Parker family must learn that true leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about honoring each voice, respecting difficult truths, and moving forward together-even when you disagree.

    Because in a solar system with no home planet, the Parkers are all the center Heaven has left.
