There is a one you, you are doing it by your self... but is there something supporting you?

All one... we are just walking each other home, to love and to truth.

You are doing it. May you have compassion for yourself, for others and lovingly live into this hero's journey of love, suffering and grace.

Suffering is grace (A poem by Angela Jane)

Life is hard

Heart scarred

We TRY to face the mountain

Suffering is real

Our innocence they steal

We wonder if THIS light that’s coming, will ever reach earth…

Losing hope

We stay afloat

As we understand our SUFFERING IS GRACE.

For when we suffer we stand up to shout

We throw our arms about and cry,

GOD…

Where are you!

Help me more!

Why me!

What is this all for?

THEN LIFE becomes the answer!

We are the answer the whole damn time.

WHOLE in time

Perfect and unique

Yet totally, ironically, all the same ALL ONE,

this whole time and journey.

WE ARE ONE

You are the gift

You are the present… the presence…

That is your divinity, all right there in YOUR GIFTS,

That you came to share.

“Sharing is caring” they say

So we share away,

And into the expression.

WE DANCE…

We learn to love OUR HUMAN selves.

We learn to love our suffering.

We learn it’s hard,

But we heal the scars,

And know that this cracks, truly did LET THE LIGHT IN.

And all the while,

“We navigate this journey together,

THAT IS OUR POWER”.

One another,

Walking on a divine mother…

——Walking each other home——

EARTH our destiny, our path,

Our hero’s journey.

So I SUFFER WITH GRACE

And I embrace,

Who I AM… fully, completely and with love.

This human journey may be hard

Wrought with suffering,

But it is mine,

It is perfect,

AND IT IS DIVINE.

SUFFERING IS GRACE.

What takes care of our children when we pass on?

Can we re-find ourselves in forever? This song is a song to grieve to. "Breathe out of this body, guide our footfall from above, forever life, forever love. Lay back, listen to gran as she giggles and remember Buddha speaking to the fact that we are living expressions of all the souls who came before us. You carry them with you IN LIFE.

I'll deeply exhale and hold on until my time shifts to another time, another place, on a different clock... My time is a poem about acceptance, service and surrender.

This young man wrote some words in just a few minutes and we asked if he could record them and post them here. He has a complex relationship with his voice and talents, he often does not feel goof enough. This lack of self-love and confidence has brought him much sorrow and to the depth of despair recently, we are honoured to share and hear his words, in his profound voice.

We adopt a vessel for this dualistic realm and for the journey of being human. We (Bear and Bee) both agree that Quintin is a marvel and a vessel of light. May you enjoy his creativity.

A deep breath is drawn. Colours fade; There is a residual when the music fades... If you really listen, there is a residual.

Something is still known and felt. Ever-present, energy lingers...the notes just now in a different form...
