    Welcome to the very first episode of the Before Baby Podcast! Becoming me, before I become a mum...


    My name is Lilli, I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist and I've spent the last 6 years of my life helping women to overcome anxiety and disordered eating. Now, I'm on my journey to motherhood and putting that focus back on me and the work I need to do on myself before I become a mum.


    When researching the TTC world, I found that I was really struggling when it came to finding resources of the work we should be doing on ourselves before we even start trying for a baby. There was a lot of information about how to fall pregnant, what supplements to take, what checks to get (all important btw!) but not a lot of information of how to mentally prepare yourself.


    So I started treating myself as a bit of a guinea pig and started doing the work on myself and sharing it with Tiktok! This podcast is simply an extension of this tiktok series where we'll be doing deeper dives into the topic we've all resonated with!

    My name is Lilli, I'm a Hypnotherapist and for the last few months I've been sharing my before baby journey over on Tiktok. I started my tiktok series because I realised there was a whole lot of information out there on how to fall pregnant but not alot of information on doing the inner work before you start trying. For me, there were some things that I knew I wanted to work on before trying for a baby so I thought what the heck, I'll share how I'm going about it with others in case they too are searching for information but just not finding any.


    The community we've created on Tiktok has been so heartwarming for me so I thought let's extend the community, do deeper dives on the topics we discuss and make a podcast.
