Goodbye 2025 and hello 2026!

Somewhere between Christmas and reopening our clinic for 2026, we find ourselves "between the Milestones". What a better time to reflect and discuss our ins and outs!

Join us as we reflect on the year and what has resonated with us including embracing the cringe, bringing our whole self to work, clearness is kindness, and less is more. We also discuss what we are saying "goodbye" to including multitasking, the glorification of constant availability, the "yes girl" attitude which is engrained in many of us.
