I’m Josh Koepp. My story begins with a childhood shaped by multiple divorces, instability, and the kind of abandonment that leaves deep marks. Growing up in blended families and constant transition created a fear-based view of relationships and left me battling intense anxiety for years.
By 23, that anxiety was crippling. Flying, elevators, even riding in a car could trigger overwhelming fear. I booked flights I never boarded and climbed stairs to avoid elevators. For a long time, I believed this was simply my fate — a generational curse I couldn’t escape.
Everything changed when I decided to confront it. Through faith, therapy, and coaching, I broke the patterns that controlled my life and found healing that reshaped not only my future, but the legacy I will pass on.
Today, I’m committed to helping men do the same. My mission is to guide men through their own healing, break generational cycles, and build lives of strength, clarity, and healthy relationships — free from fear, anxiety, and the patterns that once defined them.
