I am so glad you're here! It's been quite a while since I've uploaded an episode, so I am really excited to share this with you.

In this episode, I discuss the concept of easier said than done—normalizing that aspect of our humanity, along with the importance of emotional processing and choosing to "be" with ourselves, rather than working against ourselves and chasing commodities outside of us.
