Tonight I was with some difficult thoughts and feelings that felt very convincing..so much so I felt despairing. Despite my work I don't always jump straight into tending to myself...I first looped in my head, and I guess indulged in the pain for a bit. Eventually I found myself on the ground bringing in movement and with that allowing my feelings to come through. The deep crying of meeting an emotional pain within myself. Waves of this happening and moving through me...
