We have a pretty collaborative effort here in Rochester by some like minded entrepreneurs. At the head of that charge, devoted to helping others grow and learn from their mistakes are "The Kellys". Not only heavily involved with the National Restaurant Association, and Running the Rochester chapter, but also in operating their own consulting business called Bossy. With Cahpters opening for all people soon, Bossy started as an outlet for women in business to feel and be supported by other women here in Rochester chasing down their own similar goals.
