• 03. Why You Feel Unloved in Relationships (and How God Heals Insecurity) | Intrusive thoughts, self-centeredness, feeling offended
    Apr 13 2026

Have you ever felt unloved… even in your closest relationships?

In this episode, I share a very personal part of my story—what it looked like to feel hurt, inadequate, and insecure in my early years of marriage, and how God slowly began to heal my heart.

I didn’t realize at the time that insecurity, fear, and misunderstanding God’s love were shaping how I experienced my relationships. What I thought was just “being hurt” was actually something deeper.

But everything began to change when I started to truly understand God’s love—not just in my head, but in my heart.

In this episode, you’ll learn how insecurity and feeling unloved are connected, how it affects your relationships, and how God begins to bring healing from the inside out.

    In This Episode

    • What it feels like to struggle with insecurity and feeling unloved • How insecurity affects communication and relationships • Why both people can be hurting at the same time • The turning point: understanding God’s love • What it means to receive God’s love personally • How healing begins when truth becomes revelation

    3 Simple Steps to Begin

    • Ask God for a deeper revelation of His love • Meditate on His promises daily • Remember: you are not separated from Him—you are already in Him

    Activation

In this episode, I guide you through a simple listening prayer to help you:

    • Recognize where you’ve felt unloved • Invite Jesus into that moment • Begin experiencing His love in a personal way

    Key Truth

You don’t have to live feeling unloved or unseen. When you begin to understand how deeply God loves you, that He loves you as much as He loves Jesus, everything starts to change—from the inside out. (John 17:23)

  • 02. Why Insecurity Makes You Assume the Worst (and How to Stop) | Overthinking, Self-confidence, mindset, intrusive thoughts, assuming
    Apr 11 2026
    In This Episode:

    • Why insecurity often leads to overthinking and assumptions • What it really means to “judge the why” • How this pattern keeps you stuck in spiraling thoughts • 3 simple steps to stop ruminating and renew your mind • A guided activation to help you respond with truth and love

Have you ever found yourself replaying conversations, wondering why someone didn’t respond, or assuming what others are thinking about you?

In this episode, I share a surprising realization I had—that much of my insecurity wasn’t just fear… it was a form of being inwardly focused. Not because I thought I was better than others, but because I was constantly thinking about myself and worrying about what others thought of me.

    I was judging the “why.”

Why didn’t they respond? Why didn’t they help? Why did they say that?

But the truth is—we don’t actually know the “why.” And Scripture teaches us not to judge or create our own assumptions about others’ motives.

When we do, it fuels overthinking, insecurity, and emotional spiraling.

In this episode, I’ll help you see how this pattern may be showing up in your own life—and give you three simple steps to begin breaking free from ruminating thoughts and assumptions.

We’ll also walk through a guided activation where you’ll use your God-given imagination to shift your perspective and begin seeing others through truth and love.

  • 01. My Story: From Overthinking to Breaking Free From Insecurity
    Apr 11 2026

Do you struggle with insecurity, overthinking, or constantly worrying about what others think of you? This is my story.

In this first episode, I’m sharing my personal story—how fear, self-consciousness, and anxiety shaped my early years, and how God slowly began to transform the way I think.

I grew up extremely shy, constantly aware of what others thought of me. I replayed conversations, felt insecure in my relationships, and struggled with feeling like I wasn’t enough. What I didn’t realize at the time was that my anxiety and overthinking were rooted in fear—and that fear was shaping how I saw myself.

Even after experiencing a new kind of courage through the Holy Spirit, my thoughts hadn’t changed yet. I was still stuck in self-consciousness and insecurity.

But over time, everything began to shift.

As I started renewing my mind with God’s truth, understanding His love, and learning to hear His voice, the fear, comparison, and overthinking slowly began to lose their hold.

In this episode, we’ll talk about: • What insecurity and self-consciousness really looked like in my life • How anxiety and overthinking are rooted in fear • Why confidence doesn’t come from trying harder • How renewing your mind begins to change everything • The role of God’s love in healing insecurity

We’ll also walk through a simple listening prayer to help you begin recognizing the thoughts you’ve been believing—and replacing them with truth.

If you’ve ever struggled with insecurity, intrusive thoughts, overthinking, or wondering what others think of you, this episode will help you take your first step toward freedom.

You are not stuck. You are not too far gone. And this is just the beginning.

Struggling with overthinking and insecurity? Learn how to renew your mind, trust your decisions, and hear God clearly Do you struggle with chronic second-guessing—replaying conversations long after they’re over? Do you find yourself ruminating because you’re afraid of what others are thinking? Have you fallen into people-pleasing or performance, feeling like you have to get everything right? Do you ever question whether you can really trust yourself—your judgment, your intuition, even your ability to hear God clearly? What if the real issue isn’t your confidence… but the lies you’ve believed about who you are and who God is? I’m Marji— teacher and mindset mentor, and lover of God’s truth . I used to live with a deep fear of what people thought of me. My thoughts played tricks on me. I was insecure. Timid. It felt like living in a prison. But when I began recognizing the lies I had believed—lies that made me perform, hide, and strive—something started to shift. As I replaced those lies with truth, I began to see God more clearly. And as I saw Him more clearly, I was finally able to experience His love the way it had been there all along. The lies had distorted His love. Truth cleared the distortion. And when His love became my security, everything began to change. Not confidence rooted in striving. Not confidence rooted in performance. But a quiet, steady confidence rooted in identity. Here, we slow down. Through Scripture, listening prayer, guided prayer experiences with Jesus, practical tools, and honest conversations, you’ll learn to stop second-guessing, quiet spiraling thoughts, set boundaries without guilt, trust your decisions, and hear God more clearly. You are not behind. You are not broken. You are becoming secure. I’m honored to walk with you. So grab your coffee, leave your inner critic at the door… and let’s go.
