The loss of a love one can probably be taken as one of the hardest thing we could experience in life. It is important to have a solid understanding in what are a few steps to help us through this chapter. Acknowledge, Accept, Unique Journey and Support. This are at least 4 steps that are helping me through this process. Don't lose hope, stay strong and live your life like there is no tomorrow!
