    Boundaries are not selfish - they’re essential. But creating them (and sticking to them) can feel especially hard when you’re juggling motherhood, marriage, leadership, and a public-facing career.

    In this episode, I sit down with my amazing friend Judge Traci Brislin, who serves in the 22nd Judicial Circuit, Division 2, as a Family Court Judge.
