Ben is making his heroic comeback after his marathon back in November… where his foot staged a dramatic protest and forced him into early retirement. But he’s back, taped together and ready for action. Mike, meanwhile, rocked up after a very busy Friday AND Saturday of running. Basically, if there was a start line, he was on it. With zero parkrun chaos and no race-day disasters to report, the team decided to do the only sensible thing: invent completely unnecessary running-themed games to test each other’s so-called “knowledge.” Expect questionable trivia, competitive nonsense, and at least one moment where someone says, “How did we end up here?” And speaking of going off-track… there’s also a gloriously off-topic deep-dive where the lads get philosophical, emotional, and possibly even existential.
