• Safe methods: Parents can offer small amounts of peanut butter, peanut flour, or peanut-containing yogurt.

While prevention is now possible for many, treatment options exist for those already allergic, including oral immunotherapy (like Palforzia) and emerging therapies such as sublingual patches and experimental mRNA-based nanoparticles.
However, these are not cures—they build tolerance or reduce reaction severity—and should be managed under medical supervision.
