Our final guest of Season One! Adam rounds out the inaugural season in style with illustrator, muralist, maker Emily Balsley aka @emilybluestar on Instagram. Anxiously watching the radar, Scott sets the studio in front of a massive mural Emily designed and painted next to Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream store, 2531 Monroe St.

Adam and Emily cover her creative background, designing for large spaces, her latest book "Every Cake Has A Story," Posca Markers, daily drawing challenges, and the Madison mural scene.

Adam speaks with filmmaker and photographer Jordan Biagomala. The two discuss his circuitous path to Monona, Wisconsin, early creative background, and eventual move into filmmaking. In addition, Jordan discusses how he became an actor to learn the art of filmmaking. He speaks of those who have helped him along his career path, roles and jobs within the filmmaking industry, the demanding production lifestyle, and more.

Collaborate Forever sets up on the Wisconsin State Capital Building lawn to talk with chef and politician Francesca Hong. She discusses her Madison roots, pivot from broadcast journalism ambitions into the food industry, career path to Morris Ramen, foodservice industry rights and advocacy, collaborative efforts during the pandemic, and ultimately her entry into politics. Collaborate Forever drops by the Good Style Shop in the heart of Madison's isthmus. Adam speaks with owner and vintage clothing proprietor Pete Benck. Since 2011 Pete and his team have been sourcing and curating high-quality vintage clothing and accessories. We discuss his creative roots and entrepreneurial background, the shop, sources of inspiration, collaborations, and the upcoming Midwest Vintage Flea, Wisconsin's largest vintage clothing trade event. For Collaborate Forever’s first interview, Adam takes a drive to the countryside to talk to Matthew Danky, founder of beloved cart-based eatery El Grito Taqueria. Since 2015, El Grito has brought gourmet tacos to Madison’s street corners and block parties. Danky speaks on the influences of international travel, farming, and record collecting in his life and craft. Later on: the challenges of pandemic business as a restaurateur and the next delicious chapter of Danky’s career.
