  • Cleaning our Minds
    Jul 22 2025

In this episode, Jacqui dives into the metaphor of 'cleaning as you go' with a connection to our untidy, cluttered minds.

Jacqui examines the correlation between cluttered places and spaces and how that impacts the dustier corners of the mind that we become blissfully unaware about for too long.

"It's okay if you look around, and wonder, how did I deal with this mess for so long? I'm with you, and it's okay," Jacqui says.

  • Living Sustainably Beyond the Green
    Dec 17 2024

In this important episode, Jacqui discusses how we need to apply a sustainable approach to all the things that we decide to do and take action on.

Sustainability is so much more than living green.

Whilst this is crucially important too, we need to apply this ‘green thinking’ to our energy, time and the decisions we make, to live a sustainable life that gives us balance, wellness and purpose.

  • Head Vs Heart and Where to Find the Middle Ground
    Dec 13 2024

In this episode, Jacqui takes us through the challenges of seeing life through a black and white lens and navigating the difficult area in between, where all the most conflicting questions arise. This is where that personal work is important and this is how we learn to navigate head vs heart.

“If you’re anything like me, you lead with your heart. When you do this, there’s a lot of room for error and emotion, and at times, you may not be making the right decisions,” Jacqui said.

If you had time to reflect, and slow down, then maybe you would make a different decision.

Head vs heart - which one is the right one for you? How to resolve this? Reflection, time with self, and getting to know the core of yourself is essential to this growth. You have to understand your head and how your heart aligns to this.
