    មនុស្សជាច្រើនបានដឹងអំពីគោលដៅ ៣០% នៃការកាត់បន្ថយចំនួនកុមារពីមណ្ឌលថែទាំកុមារ (RCIs) នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ប៉ុន្តែមានតែមនុស្សមួយចំនួនប៉ុណ្ណោះដែលដឹងពីលទ្ធផល និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនៃការសម្រេចគោដៅនេះ។ នៅក្នុងវគ្គ​នេះ ខ្ញុំនឹងចែករំលែកទិន្នន័យ និងការរកឃើញមួយចំនួនពីរបាយការណ៍ស្តីពី លទ្ធផលនៃការអនុវត្តផែនការពង្រឹងការថែទាំកុមារ ដែលបោះពុម្ពដោយក្រសួងសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០២០។ ខ្ញុំក៏នឹងឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីសមិទ្ធផល និងដែនកំណត់នៃផែនការសកម្មភាព ក៏ដូចជាមេរៀនដែលបានរៀន និងអនុសាសន៍សម្រាប់ផែនការសកម្មភាព ឬគោលនយោបាយនាពេលអនាគត។ Many are aware of the 30% target of reducing the number of children from residential care institutions (RCIs) in Cambodia, but only a few know about the results and the challenges of achieving it. In this episode, I will share some of the data and findings from the report on the results of the implementation of the action plan for improving child care published by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) in 2020. I will also reflect on the achievements and limitations of the action plan, as well as the lessons learned and recommendations for future actions or policies.
