Moss describes what life in Kentucky was like as a girl raised in an extreme Evangelical Christian household. Despite conditions, Moss never stopped questioning. This lead to an exploration of deconditioning and a deep fascination of religion, history, and anthropology. Today, Moss is deeply comforted by facts while also inspired by the spirit of nature, thus creating a unique blend between knowledge and spirituality that speaks to and for her. Now, a Pagan Celtic Reconstructionist and Worshipper of Cernunnos, Moss hopes to complete her Bog Witch goals one day. Welcome back, Spirit Travelers! In this episode, Kalee and Sonia reveal that they have been inspired by the stars when deciding Season 2's theme. Following the guidelines of Hellenistic Astrology, we set forth on an ambitious journey to make the Quest Line as versatile as our listeners. We will specifically be following the Sun's rotation as it moves through the Signs and therefor, each quest will be roughly a month long. The Sun's current placement is in Aquarius (Jan 20th-Feb 18th) with the Ruler of Aquarius being Saturn. The Sun will next enter the Sign Pisces which is Ruled by the planet Jupiter. So the next Quest will be Jupiter themed.

Kalee focused on connecting with Oneness, drawing on Spirit Guides and Shamanic Dreaming to help reach a higher perspective while under stressful circumstances. Sonia focused on worshiping Freya, a Goddess from Norse Mythology. By seeking permission from the Devine to wield her power, Sonia reconnected with the power in herself. Together, they end the episode on a creative note discussing the Why and How to customize your spirituality, along with the benefits of doing so. Welcome back, Spirit Travelers! In today's last interview episode of Season 1, Kalee and Sonia ask each other about their personal beliefs in spirituality. Every month we post an interview with someone about their unique spirituality--what they were raised in, how that has shifted over time, and what they believe now.

In this episode, Kalee and Sonia recount how they both started from similar backgrounds influenced by Catholicism, Christianity, and grandmothers. They then go on to compare their own journeys to spirituality and how it has shaped them differently along the way.

Kalee embraced the values taught to her through religion despite early disillusionment. She then started working on her own unique style of spirituality when faced with serious health problems. Today, Kalee has committed herself to spiritual growth where she finds love, tolerance, and One-ness. Sonia dabbled in spiritual experimentation as a child, but cast it aside along with religion when trying to overcome her trauma. Over the years, she has been slowly and deliberately trying to get back towards that part of herself. Today, Sonia has rediscovered that hidden part and has focused on understanding it's unique expression through her.  Together, Kalee and Sonia bring out their strengths in each other as they utilize Conscious Quests for accountability and community.

Welcome back, Spirit Travelers! In this episode Kalee and Sonia introduce the start of the next Quest. This month is all about the Crown Chakra. First we give some context about the Crown Chakra and the reason why we chose to worship Divinity for this month's Quest. Kalee will be dedicating herself to developing an intimate relationship with Spirit Guides and Symbols of Nature. Sonia will be spending her time dedicated to a single deity, Fraya, from Nordic Mythology. Together we aspire to learn more about ourselves when combined with the Sacred. A note of caution though: practicing the Crown Chakra can be very tricky when not done properly. We suggest working your way through the previous Chakra points and then coming back to the Crown once you have developed the tools necessary to navigate the Crown SAFELY.
