Following Jesus requires three clear steps: deny yourself, take up your cross daily, and follow Him. Self-denial means putting God's will above your own preferences and personal ambitions. Taking up your cross daily involves being willing to endure suffering and hardships while still declaring Jesus as Lord. Only after completing these first two steps can you truly follow Jesus as a disciple. Many Christians today want the benefits of faith without paying the price, creating mediocre Christianity. True discipleship comes with a cost, but as you consistently submit to these requirements, it becomes easier and transforms who you are.

In our increasingly polarized society, labels are weaponized to silence opposition rather than foster understanding. This strategy of labeling without proper definition creates division and prevents meaningful dialogue.
