Instructors for the arts:

- TCM: Master Anthony
- Han Yang Ruyi: Master Dennis
- 12 Steps to Wu Ji: Dr. Ortwin Lüers
Yan Shou Gong forms the foundation for internal. Using the concept of “string,” it integrates neuroscience, physiology, and fascia theory to build the body’s internal architecture—posture, alignment, fascial connectivity, internal pressure, and Qi circulation. By mastering these fundamentals, practitioners forge a powerful internal engine essential for advanced practices and effective healing.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) provides the framework for linking internal skills to the body’s meridian channels. Through foundational TCM theory and diagnostic techniques, participants discover how internal cultivation aligns with energetic pathways, forming the “energy bridge” required for precise and potent energy healing.
12 Steps to Wu Ji strengthens the internal system. Qi Gong by Grandmaster Chee Kim Thong offers a unique combination of the approaches described with an additional focus on stimulating the 12 organ systems of TCM with their meridians. The aim is to stimulate the deeper fasciae of the internal organs down to the bones and marrow in order to strengthen the immune system, build up vital energy ( qi ) and promote cell regeneration for self healing and healing others.
Han Yang Ruyi embodies the healing application of internal arts. This moving meditation emphasizes “finding stillness within movement,” drawing on Shaolin stretching, internal–external Qi enhancement, and targeted techniques for applying Qi in healing. Practical healing protocols will be taught, empowering participants to use their internal skills for self-healing and supporting others.
