In this Unit 2 of Week 6, Mr. Pushpendra establishes the importance of exercise in managing health and maintaining fitness. The lesson begins with providing a definition of health, which entails physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and not merely an absence of disease. The lesson then goes on to provide some hands-on tips on how to incorporate exercise in one's routine The participating candidates are encouraged to make exercise motivating and attractive by joining an exercise group, setting achievable goals, and by constantly acknowledging one's progress by indulging in attractive sports gear, so as to avoid making exercise regime dull and boring
