Currently as CTO at Okta, Bhawna leads tech strategy and vision for its Customer Identity product serving billions of logins per month. Before Okta, Bhawna was the CTO at Glassdoor, a worldwide leader on insights about jobs and companies built on the foundation of increasing workplace transparency. Prior to Glassdoor, Bhawna held positions at Ask.com (an IAC company), Sybase (now SAP), and AT&T along with several consulting roles. Bhawna sits on the Advisory board of early stage startups and VC groups. He has managed product, risk and data science teams at Prove, Socure and CashEdge (Fiserv). He earned an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Louisville. Nash is known for his strategic insights, industry relationships, and an innovative approach to identity and risk management. At Experian, he focuses on advocacy for digital identity, as well as advising clients on new technologies to reduce fraud, combat malicious Agentic AI and bots, and improve operational processes and customer experience.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Postgraduate degree in Image and Video Compression from Kingston University. Additionally, he spent nine years as a non-executive director at Kings College London, demonstrating his commitment to both academia and industry advancement.
