OH MY GOSH - IS THIS REAL LIFE??? I am officially in the process of buying a home and I can’t even believe it. I never thought in a million years that this would be something that I would ACTUALLY be able to accomplish. But yet, here I am. Even with all the odds stacked against me - I have persevered! 

During this process I have learned quite a bit already and I quickly realized how it all so crazily related to everything else I do in my life so I knew I had to speak on it on the pod. 

In this episode, we go over the top 5 things I have learned by going through the home buying process… take a peek inside: 

1. TRUST YOUR GUT - if your gut is screaming at you to do the damn thing, then do it
2. LEAN INTO THAT FEAR - bigger things are coming your way when you do even if you feel like you’re sweating balls saying yes lol 
3. REMEMBER IT’S A LONG TERM INVESTMENT - investing in your future self is going to determine your growth for the years to come (pretty much it’s a domino effect in how your life is going to look) 
4. YOU CAN LITERALLY DO WHATEVER THE F YOU WANT, NO QUESTIONS ASKED - if you set your mind to it and work your booty off to meet those goals it’s YOURS queen 
5. MONEY IS A RENEWABLE RESOURCE - money is always going to come and go - do what sets your soul on fire & makes you happy and you’ll never regret it

I have learned so much from all the crazy things that have happened to me inside of my business this last year. In this episode I go into detail about how having a community saved my business and almost ruined it. Like WTF. 

I am community oriented and my ultimate goal is to build relationships with my clients and other people in the industry! I have always wanted a community and to have real solid friendships to support each other and connect. 

But…. that didn’t happen (at first)...The drama was unmatched. The vibes were not it. And people are unfortunately shady AF. 

Luckily, I was blessed with a few AMAZING people that saved my life and business. Without them, I would not be here today. 

I speak up about this in hopes that this helps people change their mindset around the community. We don’t need to see each other as competition and we sure as hell don’t need to be jealous or rude to others to succeed in this online space. 

There is room for everyone. Period.
