  • Star Amerasu, a Visitor From 2099 Talks the Future of Pandemia, Elliot Page, & OUTtv's Sisters
    Oct 15 2026

Star Amerasu, a literal visitor from the year 2099, joins Delulu with Ryan Lu to talk about her viral 2099 universe, playing Rebekah in the OUTtv comedy Sisters, and writing, directing and starring in her short film After Hours, executive produced by Elliot Page.

The singer, filmmaker, DJ, actor and internet prophet shares the Star Amerasu origin story: growing up between Florida, Oregon and Texas, doing music and theater at a fine arts academy, and how Star fully became Star. Ryan and Star go deep on the 2099 lore, from Pandemia and life credits to how much of the dystopian universe people online haven’t even seen yet, plus what in 2026 already feels like one of her sketches.

They also get into Sisters with Brenna Jordan and Roz Hernandez, returning to the New York stage as Miss Jackson in Silverback Mountain Off-Broadway, receiving the NewFest New Voices Filmmaker Grant, and whether the 2099 universe could become a scripted series. Star talks about her music as Ah-Mer-Ah-Su, her album never, really alone, DJing, and why she’s officially rejecting the concept of a lane.

And of course, the Delulu essentials: cosmic affirmations, a rapid-fire guide to surviving the timeline, her Most Delulu Take, and manifesting together.New episodes every Delulu Thursday. Turn your delulu into trululu.

  • Annika Rose on Signing to Simon Cowell & Bringing Music Back to PRINT with Her Own Newspaper #408
    Sep 18 2026

This week I sat down with Annika Rose to get into her Read All About It EP and the entire world she's built around it.

And we have to talk about the newspaper. Annika writes, prints, and hands out her own paper, The Bond St. Bulletin, with more than 5,000 copies already out across its editions. She's basically manifesting a whole physical universe for her music, and I'm obsessed. We run the singles from the era, from CALL ME (the first chapter) to her latest drop Tainted State of Mind, plus what's still coming down the pipeline. I was also in the room for one of her live shows, so we relive that too, along with a whole lot of fun in between.

Annika Rose is the alternative pop artist behind Read All About It and her self-published paper The Bond St. Bulletin, putting music back into print one edition at a time.

  • Reunite With Your Person: Watch to Rekindle an Old Relationship | Delulu with Ryan Lu
    Sep 11 2026

Get delulu about getting them back until it's just trululu. This bonus episode is a guided visualization to help you manifest the reconciliation of a relationship with someone from your past, the version of it you feel in your body before it shows up in your life.

Ryan walks you through it start to finish. Get comfy, breathe, and let your body and your heart soften. Then you go back to the connection you two shared, no judgment, just the memories and the energy of it. From there you picture the reunion: meeting somewhere familiar, a soft open conversation, the apologies and the recognition finally getting said out loud. You'll rehearse the new version of you two, patient and understanding and open, and speak the affirmations that you're worthy of love and that you can grow, heal, and thrive together.

We close by trusting the time apart as the growth it actually was, feeling grateful for the past and for this new start, and anchoring the belief that it's renewed and stronger than before.

Press play daily and let it sink in.
