2. Capacity is the bottleneck for scaling.
   Bigger revenue, larger visibility, and higher influence aren’t strategy problems — they’re energetic capacity problems. If your nervous system can’t hold it, your brand presence will collapse under the pressure.
3. Frequency = Positioning.
   What you calibrate to internally dictates how the market perceives you. Building from “not enough” positions your brand as desperate. Building from alignment magnetizes premium clients and exponential financial growth.

2. • What have I declared I’m ready for?
   • Which patterns, people, or situations surfaced immediately after?
   • Which limiting beliefs and fears show up related to your next level of growth?
3. Reframe through your authority:
   Notice when your mind pulls you into lack or urgency. Instead, anchor into your authority (splenic, sacral, emotional, ego, self-projected, etc.) and affirm: “This is good. This is exactly part of the process. The plan is working. I am expanding.”
4. Daily Alignment check:
   Ask yourself: Am I operating from my not-self (fear, pressure, proving, people-pleasing)… or from alignment with my type and strategy and authority?
