According to the Bible God looked at his creation, which included a naked man and woman and he said it is very good. Today if a man was to look at a naked woman and say it is veru good it would propbaly be considered by some as lusting.
Now I know that there is a big difference between man and God but today a man can still admire a woman without lusting.
