  • 68 Forget Father Abraham, How Old Was Mother Sarah? (Guest: Jerry Boyce)
    Oct 17 2026

Early in the book of Genesis, it records a number of lifespans of people that are way longer than anything today. Then later during the time of Abraham and the patriarchs the lifespans are shorter, but still longer than today. Are these literal numbers? or some kind of honorary or figurative numbers. Jerry Boyce joins Henry to talk about one of his favorite subjects.

    Apr 23 2026

What happens to the bones after animals have been offered as a sacrifice? Do you just put them with the regular trash? or some place special, because they had been an offering? Archaeologist Jordan McClinton is the area supervisor for the favissa, or sacred deposit, of the dig site at Shiloh, which was the capital of Israel for over 300 years, and was where the tabernacle and sacrificial system was located. He joins Henry to talk about some of the discoveries that ABR has made in this deposit since they have been digging there.
