Steve and Steph Simone have launched a family run charity the Silent Sight Foundation, raising money to find a cure for Usher Syndrome, a disease both their young boys Francesco and Vincenzo have.

Empower Club has hit the ground running in 2025.

Taking things to new heights we are unveiling a 6-week Beginners Run Club program launching Wednesday, February 5. The opportunity for you to "find your feet" and "graduate" into the Tuesday/Thursday Run Club with confidence.

Late May will see us turn the Mecca into an Empower version of Hyrox for members to lock into and participate in.
