About this listen

Send us Fan Mail"Today, we continue our trek through Joseph's story. We examine his sufferings and his prosperity. God was with him. Do you realize that if you are in Christ, God is with you too?"We walk through Genesis 39 and track how Joseph resists temptation, suffers a false accusation, and still experiences God’s favor in the lowest place. We connect Joseph’s silence and unjust suffering to Jesus, then land on the steady promise that God is with us and knows us personally. • Joseph’s story as the backbone for Genesis 39 teaching • Practical boundaries that avoid accusations and protect integrity • Fleeing sexual immorality as a required action step • Potiphar’s wife’s lie and the recurring garment motif • Potiphar’s anger and why Joseph is not executed • Joseph’s silence and the parallel to Isaiah 53 and 1 Peter • God’s presence in prison and prosperity defined by who you have • Emmanuel and Jesus’ promise of lasting presence • God’s detailed care and the enemy’s lie that you are insignificant • Remaining steadfast under trial as a mark of blessingPlease click on the underlined links throughout.
