Have you watched the Barbie Movie yet? Barbie has been a hot topic lately that brings light to patriarchal and matriarchal conversation. Watching the Barbie Movie inspired me to get educated and have a conversation that breaks societal gender stereotypes. Today I dove into masculine and feminine energy in every way. I discussed what they are, what purpose they serve, and the importance of identifying our core energy. Divine feminine and divine masculine were discussed, as well as wounded feminine and wounded masculine. We discussed emotional masks, and I talked about my own struggle to identify my core energy and masks I have worn throughout my life. Today we broke gender barriers through tapping into the balance and understanding of yin-yang. I discussed these concepts in terms of romantic relationships and how successful, intimate relationships are formed when polarity is present.
