• Virginia Robert's And The Deposition That Exposed Maxwell And Epstein (Part 14)
    Oct 8 2026
In her sworn deposition from 2016 (unsealed in 2020), Virginia Giuffre detailed how Ghislaine Maxwell recruited, groomed, and trafficked her into Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation starting when she was 16. She testified that Maxwell approached her at Mar-a-Lago in 2000 under the pretense of offering her work as a masseuse for a wealthy benefactor. That “job” quickly evolved into sexual abuse. According to Giuffre, Maxwell took an active role in teaching her how to sexually service Epstein, including hands-on “training” sessions involving Maxwell herself. She stated that Maxwell instructed her to recruit other underage girls and was fully aware — and involved — in the trafficking scheme. Maxwell not only facilitated the abuse, Giuffre claimed, but also participated in it, organizing flights, outfits, and sex schedules for Epstein and his associates.

Giuffre’s deposition also included accusations that she was trafficked to powerful men at Maxwell’s direction. She named Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz, Jean-Luc Brunel, Bill Richardson, George Mitchell, and Glenn Dubin among the men she was forced to have sex with — often in Epstein’s residences or on his private jet, the “Lolita Express.” Giuffre detailed incidents of sexual abuse at Epstein’s private island (Little St. James), in Maxwell’s London townhouse, and at Epstein’s New York and Palm Beach homes. She described Maxwell’s role as operational: coordinating travel, preparing the girls, dictating what to wear (often schoolgirl outfits), and ensuring silence through emotional manipulation and threats. Giuffre testified that Maxwell told her to be “grateful” and warned her that speaking out would have consequences — including death. Throughout the deposition, Giuffre emphasized that she was a minor being trafficked across state and international lines, and that Maxwell was not only aware but orchestrating every detail. Her statements were corroborated years later by other victims and led to Maxwell’s 2021 conviction on sex trafficking and conspiracy charges.

  • In their Own Words: Jane Doe # 2 And Her Interview With Marie Villafana (Part 1)
    Oct 14 2026
Jane Doe #2’s 2007 statement to Marie Villafaña and federal investigators described a pattern of recruitment, abuse, and normalization inside Jeffrey Epstein’s operation, beginning when she was a minor. She said she was introduced to Epstein under the guise of paid “massage” work and quickly realized the encounters involved sexual acts, including being directed to perform sexual contact on Epstein. According to her account, the environment was controlled and transactional, with Epstein dictating the terms and presenting the abuse as routine, while payments were made in cash after each encounter.

Jane Doe #2 also told investigators that she was not isolated, explaining that other young girls were present or discussed openly, reinforcing the impression that this was an organized and recurring operation rather than a one-off incident. She described how Epstein’s behavior was methodical and rehearsed, suggesting long-standing patterns rather than impulsive misconduct.

  • New Mexico And The Epstein Related Lawsuit Filed Against The DOJ (Part 6)
    Oct 20 2026
New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez sued the U.S. Department of Justice on August 5, 2026, accusing the federal government of obstructing the state’s renewed criminal investigation into alleged abuse, trafficking and other crimes connected to Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch. The lawsuit seeks access to unredacted federal investigative files that New Mexico says are necessary to identify victims, witnesses and possible co-conspirators tied to Epstein’s activities in the state. Torrez argues that DOJ’s refusal to turn over the material violates the Administrative Procedure Act and interferes with New Mexico’s sovereign authority to investigate crimes committed within its borders. The state has said the federal files contain substantial information about Zorro Ranch and that publicly released Epstein records already include thousands of references to New Mexico and the property.

The lawsuit also rests on New Mexico’s claim that federal prosecutors effectively told state investigators to stand down in 2019 while the Southern District of New York pursued its own Epstein investigation, with an understanding that relevant information would later be shared. According to former New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas, that information was never provided, and the state says repeated requests in 2026 produced little of investigative value, including a 31-page production made up largely of already-public or heavily redacted material. New Mexico is asking a federal court to declare DOJ’s refusal unlawful and order the department to provide access to the unredacted records, arguing that the continued withholding has directly hampered an active criminal investigation into what happened at Zorro Ranch and who, beyond Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, may have been involved.

  • Virginia Roberts Responds To Maxwell's Summary Judgement Request (Part 3)
    Oct 15 2026
Virginia Giuffre’s response to Ghislaine Maxwell’s motion for summary judgment was a direct challenge to Maxwell’s attempt to dismiss the case without a trial. In her filing, Giuffre argued that Maxwell’s statements denying any wrongdoing were not only defamatory, but made with actual malice—because Maxwell knew they were false when she made them. Giuffre’s legal team submitted sworn testimony, supporting documentation, and detailed timelines to establish that Maxwell had played a central role in Epstein’s trafficking operation and that her denials were part of a broader effort to discredit and silence victims.

  • Norway’s Parliament Opens Hearings Into Jeffrey Epstein’s Political Connections
    Oct 2 2026
Norway’s parliament has opened public hearings into Jeffrey Epstein’s connections with Norwegian politicians and diplomats after newly released U.S. records exposed a wider web of relationships between Epstein and members of the country’s political and diplomatic elite. The parliament’s scrutiny and constitutional affairs committee has summoned 11 current and former foreign and development ministers, including Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, who served as foreign minister from 2005 to 2012. Former foreign minister Børge Brende, who resigned as president and CEO of the World Economic Forum after revelations about his relationship with Epstein, is also expected to testify. Brende has said he did not know about Epstein’s criminal past when they first met in 2018 and has expressed regret that he did not investigate him more thoroughly.

The hearings are part of a much broader reckoning in Norway, where several other prominent figures with Epstein ties are under police investigation on corruption allegations, including former prime minister Thorbjørn Jagland, former minister Terje Rød-Larsen and former diplomat Mona Juul. All three have denied criminal wrongdoing. Crown Princess Mette-Marit has also apologized for her friendship with Epstein, though she is not part of the parliamentary hearing. At the same time, parliament has created an external commission of academics and legal experts to examine more than 30 years of Norwegian diplomatic history and determine how these relationships developed, with the stated goal of restoring integrity and transparency in government institutions. The commission is expected to report its findings in early 2028.
