    Sep 29 2022

When things get tough, it can be easy to focus on ourselves and our difficulties. Read these Bible promises about who God is and let them lift your eyes away from your own situation to the God who is infinitely good. We honor Riley Key for reminding us of these truths through his testimony! The Bible is full of God’s promises and reminders that He is faithful. Let this powerful list of God’s promises teach you more about His incredible character. Reflect on this rich collection of promise quotes to help you in whatever you’re facing today. Take encouragement from the truth that God is with you.

  • We All Get Stuck (Don't be a disciple found doing nothing / afraid to do the wrong thing)
    Sep 22 2022

In this episode with Madelyn we get to hear a testimony of the real process of discipleship before the great success stories. Being stuck and faithful is just as worthy to celebrate as soaring ahead and seeing a yield 30, 60, and 100 fold. If you have ever been stuck in the process of influencing others toward a common mission this episode is for you. If you have chosen to avoid starting a hard thing because you are afraid of failure this episode is for you.

    Inspired by Matthew 25:14-30
14 “For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants[a] and entrusted to them his property. 15 To one he gave five talents,[b] to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away. 16 He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. 17 So also he who had the two talents made two talents more. 18 But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master's money. 19 Now after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them. 20 And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’ 21 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant.[c] You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 22 And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here, I have made two talents more.’ 23 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 24 He also who had received the one talent came forward, saying, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you scattered no seed, 25 so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here, you have what is yours.’ 26 But his master answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed? 27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest. 28 So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents. 29 For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. 30 And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

    1. What sticks out to you? 2. What does this say about God? 3. What does this say about people? 🦻🏽 What do your hear God saying to you? 🕊How can you obey Holy Spirit’s voice? 🗣 Who do you need to share with?

  • God Is Faithful (Testimonies of hungry and thirsty FATR disciples)
    Sep 16 2022

According to 1 Corinthians 1:9, Paul says, “God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” I am completely confident this conversation with Jeff will convince you that God is alive and well today. The Father wants nothing more that to know you and that you would know His Son. Shout out to Jeff and Autumn Mann in Huron, SD for all they have done, are doing, and desire to do to advance the Kingdom of God!

  • The DNA of God (A FATR disciple learning how to hear, obey, share)
    Sep 8 2022

It is impossible to talk about God without talking about hearing, obeying, and sharing. As it is for most topics the conversations around these themes could go on for day, weeks, and years. God is eternal! The ideas around God are infinite and its impossible to get it all slammed together in one sentence, episode, or even a lifetime. If you listen to the entire episode, I am confident you will be more hungry for God. That might look like spending time listening and reading the Bible, wanting to obey His words, or stirred to share with others what you are learning! Ultimantly I want all FATR Fruit content to direct you toward more ivenstment in your spiritual life. In addition, I never want content to separate human to human connection. So, I am here for you! Shoot me a text after you listen...here is my number 605-941-9080.  Ideally we live as people who learn, obey, and share in equals amounts. I learn something good, I obey/apply it in my own life, and I share with others abundantly. I encourage you to pray about who you can text, call, or meet with this week. The goal is simple...share what you are learning and encourage those listening to pray about what God is speaking to them to apply, obey, and share! Here is an example from 2 Timothy 2:2 "And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also."

  • To Obey is Better than Sacrifice (The Heart of the Father)
    Sep 8 2022

In this conversation with John Glasser we get to hear about the power of listening to Gods voice through knowing the Word of God that is the Holy Bible. I believe John has the Father's heart and he who longs to see everyone live in the fullness of God. I was inspired by John’s perspective on hearing from God and I believe that the theme of John’s stories can be connected to this scripture, “And Samuel said, "Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams.” ‭‭1 Samuel‬ ‭15:22‬ ‭ESV‬‬ https://www.bible.com/59/1sa.15.22.esv

In addition the next episode will start talking about faithfulness in more depth. I challenge you to look into this resource and consider sharing it with as many as you can in the next 12 months. Let me know if you start sharing it! https://www.everywhere2everywhere.org/uploads/2/9/0/0/2900674/the_father’s_heart__dbs_.pdf
