Hosts Siobhan Leyden and Loreta Bilinskate-Monie have a lot of questions about everything and are not afraid to ask. Friends for nearly two decades in Dubai, Loreta was a model and now an artist, Siobhan a broadcast journalist, they met through her radio show and became friends through their love for storytelling and all things curious and quirky.

Flow means different things to different people. To Siobhan and Loreta it means being true to one’s authentic self. Join them on their journey to find their flow and learn from those who have found theirs.
