In this episode of Faith for Dummies, we’re talking about screen time—how much is too much, why it’s so hard to log off, and what our scrolling habits are doing to our faith (whether we realise it or not).

From endless TikToks to late-night Netflix binges, screens aren’t just killing time—they’re shaping how we think, what we value, and who we listen to. So where does God fit into all of that? And is “just delete the apps” actually the answer?

No guilt. No shaming. Just honest conversation, (hopefully?) practical wisdom, and a reminder that faith was never meant to compete with a screen—it’s meant to shape the way we use it.
